Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. Issues Correction to Common Stock Ex-Dividend Date

Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:IMH) , or the “Company,” a Maryland corporation, being taxed as a real estate investment trust (“REIT”), issues a correction to the previously announced release dated March 29, 2007 regarding the ex-dividend date of its common stock. The correct ex-dividend date is April 4, 2007 not April 3, 2007 as previously stated. The first quarter 2007 common stock dividend will be paid on April 17, 2007 to stockholders of record on April 9, 2007. (more…)

BancorpSouth is First Bank to Offer Mobile Banking Live with AT&T Mobility

Bankrate Says Mortgage Rates Give Fed Mixed Reaction

According to Bankrate, fixed mortgage rates moved higher following the Fed’s stated concerns about inflation. The average 30- year fixed mortgage rate rose to 6.22 percent. According to Bankrate.com’s weekly national survey of large lenders, the 30-year fixed rate mortgages had an average of 0.28 discount and origination points. (more…)

Bradley Company Merchant Partners, LLC (WJB), an acquisition firm that is consolidating small and medium sized mortgage brokers and banks, has reached a definitive agreement to acquire SB Financial, Inc., a Los Angeles-based mortgage broker.
